I would arrive at the Dr. Office and they would tell me they cant see me because they didnt have my paper work. I became their secretary as I had to call numerous times for my referrals, making sure the Dr. Office received the forms from the law firm. I wonder why every time a new employee answered the phone and my case manager changed several times. It seems employees dont last. Case managers never call back.
