Despite multiple requests, he has refused to return the unused portion of my retainer. I was then released from the detention center.  The next day while I was still in a shock state of mind because of the incident,  I visited McMillan's office. Mr McMillan patiently explained everything about my case and assured me that everything would be fine and I would not be going to jail.
