I call in today to make sure that she didn't have the wrong email that she reconfirmed with me on Friday so I left her a voicemail at 9:38am this morning and still no callback and no email\nIf this isnt a case that you guys take? thats totally okay but it would be nice to not have someone lead you on and then not communicate back to you twice in back to back work days.\nThis is a severe case that she just dropped the ball on! I spent almost two months communicating with the firm about employment matter, uploading documents, providing nearly twenty pages of information, and completing all questionnaires. Despite this, my case manager, Karla Soto, repeatedly sent me the same questions because she never reviewed my emails or the documents I submitted. She didn’t respond for weeks, then contacted me again asking questions that were already answered in my files. It was clear she had not communicated anything to the attorney or properly managed the case.\n\nAfter all this delay, I suddenly received an email saying the firm “does not have time” to take my case just two days after she requested more information. This level of disorganization and lack of responsibility is unacceptable for a time-sensitive legal matter.
