When i made them aware of the issue, they handled things very poorly and did not make me feel as though they had any interest in resolving the issue. In the end, I ended my dealings with them and hired another lawyer to handle my bankruptcy case. They only offered a partial refund even though i made them aware of what the rep \"sold\" me. I would NEVER deal with them again.
