Unprofessional and untimely. I did not receive an initial response to my application for a week, which was a voicemail, and then didn’t talk to anyone for another week after trying several times to contact them. The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional and hung up on me mid conversation.\nThis is a very frustrating process and you can’t go to their office to speak to anyone, it’s all online and over the phone.\nI was lucky enough to be able to get help elsewhere. I can’t imagine someone who didn’t have access to as many resources trying to get help from this place.\nIf this service is under-resourced it would be helpful to have transparency & communication up front to manage expectations.
