Gave the retaining fee as asked and use services, They continued to build me even after I stopped using them, I had to ask for an itemized bill and that wasn't given to me for over a month and by the time. I did get that itemized bill. I ended up getting a refund check of almost a thousand dollars, But before that they were still trying to build me an extra five hundred dollars even though they had almost a thousand dollars that needed to be refunded to me. I do not recommend using this lawyer unless you don't mind having them take your money for services. She was thorough and explained everything in its entirety. Other than a few minor clerical errors which she immediately fixed, the process went seamlessly. We met with Stevie in March of 2021 after having our third child. We told her our needs and she answered all of our questions. We were finally able to pull together the retainer and she immediately got to work and followed up with us along the way. The notary fee turned out to be $100 more than we were initially told, but that isn't on her but moreso on the notary. We are very much at ease now knowing that we have our trust, will, advanced health care directives and the guardianship for our children under wraps. Finally he sent the 60 days notice too late and on top of it, it was incorrect, after a long discussion he finally sent the notice with the right reasoning. By that time I suffered $1500.00 lost rent. The realtor convinced the tenants to move out before the time expired. Now he is keeping most of my retainer which I trusted him with.\nI will report him to the kern county bar association and will take him to court for my money plus financial damages I suffered plus my attorney fees.
