Communication with the beneficiaries was poor (dozens of phone calls and emails went unanswered), transparency was non-existent, everything took way longer than promised, which greatly decreased the value of certain assets, and there was no itemized bill nor were we provided a final accounting to show that monies held back for taxes and tax preparation were actually spent on those things. In general, I would say that the way the trust was handled made a difficult time in my family's life much more difficult than it needed to be.","reviewerName":"Susan
