It was over a contractor violating a contract. The hoa had to have 2 different contractors work on my home and multiple inspections, so the case was not merely dismissed on prejudice.\nThe property manager was found to have not properly counted our votes per the bylaws by IDFPR.\nI'm not doing this because I'm disgruntled.  I'm stating  the truth. I have the documents.\nBe careful if your hoa is looking to hire this firm. All the 1 star reviews can't be wrong.\nEnd of edit\n\nI could not agree more with the 1 star reviews.\nBe concerned if your HOA  hired them.\nThey told our board they didn't have to count our cumulative votes because we haven't exercised that law in over 40 years. How ridiculous! We didn't need to until we had a self serving president.\nThey came up with lame excuses and definitions for cumulative.  There's one definition.\nWe now have a board president that was not duly elected and complaints were filed with the IDFPR. They need to be held accountable.\nThe next year they did an illegal bylaw change, changing the way votes are counted without a homeowner vote.
