I used Seth for my speeding ticket in a car, paid the retainer and he told me I have a “protected agreement” for my record with the prosecutor. And that all he had to do was to work on fines. After the court date I receive no email or any notice of what happened. Frustrated I emailed him, called and no response until 7 days after the court date. He finally responds with a notice of me having to pay a fine, no summary of what happened. He likes to act like he’s working hard for you until the court date comes around. Now I am stuck with a speeding ticket on my record that he promised he was going to protect since I have a CDL. To make matters worse I had to call the court to find out he put me as guilty when he said your plea is “not guilty”.
