My son was injured, and the car was totaled. I feel that Dustin got us the best possible settlement for personal injury, and he helped in negotiating a better offer for property damage. My takeaway is consistent with what I expected going into this mess...the insurance companies are terrible to deal with, your offer won't be fair, you'll never be compensated for the lost time dealing with the accident or replacing your car, and you really need an attorney to get the best possible outcome.
