Over two years, they’ve accomplished nothing, yet I now I still owe nearly $600—for \"benefit planning\" which is essentially time they charged to respond to my family and I asking for updates just to communicate that they had done nothing. It put me in a position where I feel I can't even contact them about disputing their charges because they charge $5.42/minute. I eventually had to hire new counsel, effectively losing two crucial years in the lengthy process of securing disability benefits. This delay put my family and loved ones under significant financial stress and to take on debt, as they were forced to support me financially during this time.
