However, DTL does  a diligent job taking on older P.I. Cases. I believe, it’s  the firm customer service, due diligence & fast acting communication. Not only was I an valued customer, they helped advocate with me. I had to struggle/sit 3 years for my car accident settlement with representation with Orlando, Fl Kanner & Pintaluga Law Firm                 (ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE). The service provided was inconsistent, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations.\n\nWhen we finally received a marginal settlement, it took approximately 6 weeks to complete all the necessary settlement paperwork, which required signing repetitive disclaimers multiple times.
