Law firms that offer flat rate prices during an initial call may, and in my opinion are likely to, say prices that may not include the court filing fee, that may not include the costs for dealing with secured debt such as a vehicle loan/lease, may not include additional fees for multiple income sources, may not include additional fees for credit counseling, may not include additional fees for self-employment income, may not include additional fees for complicated employment history, may not include additional costs if you were divorced recently for work related to your MSA, may not include additional costs for more than a fixed number of bank accounts, may not include additional fees for means testing, may not include additional costs for credit reports, Etc. ad infinitum.<br><br>Again, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience during your first call to our firm.
