This has not happened but a few times in my practice, but it does occasionally occur. Particularly in your case, we had been working on this file for a period of more than two years. Money was spent in costs, a lawsuit was filed, and dozens of hours of staff and attorney time was expended. But then we came to a place where communication from you was on a level that I just simply cannot tolerate. If you have complaints in dealing with Mr. Gadd in our office or any other staff member, you could simply have called me on my cell phone and spoken to me. But at some point, your emails went to a place that I just don't allow in terms of how we speak to women. Language that you used is not acceptable, and innuendos that arise to threats are not tolerated by me. At all times, my cell phone was assessable to you. If you had an issue you needed to discuss with me, you should have got on the phone and spoken to me. But rather you chose to speak in such manner to people who work for me and depend on me for their well-being and safety.
