Some more months have gone by and when i try to reach out to that number her new number has also been disconnected. I called the office to leave messages for a callback in regards to my claim and nobody has reached out yet and i’m going on 2 years. I think it is unprofessional for this to be happening. They do not communicate and i’m left in the dark with everything it’s ridiculous.
