This created a serious communication barrier that ultimately led to confusion about the situation and an outcome that fell short of expectations when the case was settled. I expected more professionalism and flexibility in handling a case involving a client with language limitations. Thomas Dashiell is the best! I bought a vehicle in Washington from a small dealership I live in Oregon because of covid19 it took three months before I found out that the dealership failed failed to mail the title to Oregon DMV. After another three months of trying to get the title I hired Thomas and in two months I learned the owner of the dealership had died two weeks after my purchase. Corona virus made a nightmare worse, Thomas got my title in short order.
