I personally speak with close to 1000 people a year. Most only want advice or end up needing only advice. Since I speak with so many people I can only respond to people with real problems. It seems that Legal Match did a poor job when it reviewed Mr. Clark's issue. They are supposed to provide me with only issues I signed up with them to help. Either Mr. Clark called me in error or I was matched in error. I'm sorry Mr. Clark had difficulty in getting help, but I'm certain if he really had a good case, some lawyer would have helped him by now. Lawyers don't wait to jump on \"a good case.\" Legal Match provides only a tiny amount of information on a case. It is the job of the lawyer to inquire into every aspect of the incident. Given my law enforcement background, it was important to rule out anything Mr. Clark did that could have been interpreted by the police as a threat and he didn't like those questions. If you can successfully defend a case during the interview stage means there's a problem with it and you will certainly lose.  Mr. Clark did not give me enough time on the phone before getting upset with the questions used to determine whether he had a case or not. I wasn't even on the phone long enough to suggest taking his video to the DA's Office and filing criminal charges against the cops for assault and battery and civil rights violations. The caller was overly eager to convince counsel that he was right and counsel was wrong. The advice given was logical, clear, concise and reasonable. Counsel was never advised about the caller allegedly being a 'disabled vet.' Being a voice on the phone, he could claim he was anything or anybody. He was highly impatient, spoke condescendingly as if he was the authority on a topic he knew little to nothing about. Counsel ended the call because the caller was combative, argumentative and unwilling to listen to reason and had an excuse for everything suggested. He was told counsel could not help him under these circumstances and politely terminated the call. He then stalked counsel by leaving multiple phone messages all within a 5-6 minute period, presumably to reach him again in an effort to \"tell counsel\" off. Insofar that what counsel and the caller discussed is confidential, suffice it to say that 'you had to have been there' to have fully appreciated his attitude during the free consultation. Suing tires plus would be a waste of time because I would probably only get back the repair cost and not much more for the wasted time and dishonest work.\n\nInstead of charging me a bunch of money, he talked with me and was super nice in giving his advice and allowed me to come to my own determination.
