I contacted this firm for representation. Contrary to the firm's assertion that my case \"didn't qualify,\" the associate I spoke with suggested that I, the pedestrian, might be found liable in the incident and that they, therefore, could not take the case.\nI disagree with their assessment and their claim that I was using \"bad wording and profanity.\" They wrote this to cover themselves and avoid accountability for the representative's unprofessional demeanor and questionable legal advice.
