I would strongly advise doing so.\n—\n\nDuring discussion of my case the agreed percentage was 33.3% what they failed to mention initially was once they serve someone, which is the step before trial it’s raised to 40%. (and the trial % is 45)\nI received no list of services when they charged me, just a line item stating lawyers fee. So not only was I charged 40%, they listed lawyers fees with no itemization, or reason I was charged that amount and they were substantial.\n\nThey informed me the attorney handling my case was a lady but I was in contact with a gentleman the whole time.
