When I called to set up appointment I explained that it was for my 95 yr old mother and sister who live out of state and that this was the only day available and what we wanted. I lost a day off work and will now have to wait until next year when my sister is back in town. To reiterate again, Mr. Moore felt the services you were requesting would be handled best with an attorney who specializes in that specific practice of Law. The possibility of this happening was also warned to you on the initial phone call; and you still insisted on scheduling the consultation with our office. The attorney you were being referred to was made aware of your case, needs and the status of your appointment hours before the scheduled consult at 1:30. This information was also provided to you via voicemail. However, you appeared in our office in an aggressive, rude, intolerable and violent manner stating that you were not aware the appointment had been cancelled. Even after an explanation was given to you a second time you began yelling, cussing, pacing around our office in a very aggressive demeanor.  You also had to be told to not point your finger in my face, as well as to not call me derogatory names multiple times and speak in an acceptable tone and volume. Truthfully I am surprised to not have a broken piece office decor or a hole made in our wall after witnessing your unpredictable and unstable presentation at the time. After having to tell you to leave or we would be calling the police on you and your erratic behavior, your mother and sister also came in to yell and create an unnecessary scene. As a 28 year old woman who a grown man was trying to intimidate, I will make no apologies for how I protect myself within the work place when presented with such situations. He handled my case about 4 years ago.  It would take a book to fill out this complaint in entirety.  This was a custody case and he did not take it serious at all.  When I had my consultation he said that my fee would be 1000 retainer then 100/hour.  They told me that I could fill in the paperwork later because his secretary (which was also a joke) would have to type it up.  They had me sign. An agreement for the retainer and that’s it.  I later got billed $200/hr not only was he NOT WORTH .05 cents per hour, but he was horrible.  I was given appointments, then I took off from work (without pay) and then when I arrived his barefoot secretary told me he had to leave to go shopping with his fiancé and they forgot to call me.  That happened 2 times, btw.  Then he charged me for those appts anyway!! I refused to pay for those and I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER promote this joke as representing even my worse enemy.  I honestly do know how he managed to pass the bar.  I should have looked at his credentials.  I don’t know where these positive reviews came from??
