He was hired for a straightforward matter, but what should have been a simple process stretched over four years without resolution. Communication from the office was consistently poor—I often had to chase them down just to get basic updates. In the beginning, Cathy, who I believe handles the office, was particularly rude when I called for updates, which only added to my frustration. We paid him a significant amount of money for absolutely no outcome. Despite his pleasant demeanor, I believe there are many other lawyers out there who are not only professional but also capable of getting things done in a timely and efficient manner.
