Communication was poor, and I was given information that later turned out not to be accurate. I felt misled about how my case was being handled and how the settlement was explained to me. After everything was finalized, I was left with serious concerns about the money invalved and whether everything was properly disclosed. When I asked questions, I did not receive clear or honest answers, which only added to my frustration.\nIn my opinion, transparency and trust are critical when dealing with something as serious as a car accident case, and I did not feel I received that here.
