I started a case for a personal injury claim . This firm had me change lawyers multiple times without my knowledge. They have me speaking with multiple different paralegals who just happen to just start this new position and have no knowledge about my case. Weeks on I made around 30 phone calls, left messages with the front office, and have not been been able to get a response or update on my case.\nWhat I was awarded they are trying to pocket a very big amount of and I'm the one who went through trauma . That is what I call pure robbery.\nMy attorney who is now handling my case is Michael Grinsfelder last I heard they were waiting on a form which apparently takes forever to get, a paralegal named Samantha advised me they have the form but then calls me back saying she made a mistake telling me the form is there and that she just starting working there..... lies after Iies..
