Poor communication and completely incompetent. After a year, they still do not have a clear plan of action and ignore phone calls because of it. They do not care about their clients at all. I also noticed that they have their bad reviews removed.\nUPDATE:\nThey reached out to me after several months of silence I guess because I went to withdraw. I still don’t trust them. Colin said 3 months ago that they have all the information they needed to serve the opposing party. Yesterday, I get the same story from Michael. I mean that means for 3 months they’ve done absolutely nothing. I have little faith that they’ll do anything now. If this is not settled by the end of month, if I call and there’s no call back, if they tell me the same lie again, that’s it. There are other options. It’s not a complicated case at all. It’s a matter of people not doing their jobs. Now they say 8-10 weeks. Thsts too long. Had they initiated what they were suppose to do 12 weeks ago, I should be settled by now. Why am I still suffering because of their perfunctory work ethic?  I’m still not feeling right about this and the fact that all their 1 star reviews are disappearing. I’ve read all of them so I know. Not trustworthy. Gives you the run around. If anything changes, I will update.
