This alone should be a massive red flag for anyone.\n\nBait-and-switch fees: He told me my case would be handled for a flat-rate fee. Then, after deliberately delaying progress, he came back demanding more money because it was “taking longer than expected.”\n\nNo accountability on payments: Despite repeated requests, I never received receipts for cash payments.  Including money he personally took and pocketed. He also refused to provide itemized billing statements, so there’s no way to know how my money was being used.\n\nFailure to protect my case: He ignored my requests for proof that crucial evidence had been sent to opposing counsel. When I pressed him, he abruptly withdrew from my case without my consent, leaving me in a worse position than before.\n\nUnprofessional office conduct: His staff consistently dodged accountability, covering for his refusal to provide documentation or clarity.\n\nThis is not an attorney who cares about his clients, the law, or even basic professionalism. His entire operation is built on deception, delay, and squeezing more money out of desperate clients.  I have filed a formal complaint with the Alabama State Bar, and I strongly caution anyone against hiring him.
