Beware, he will go weeks and even MONTHS without responding to important emails, because of this I didn’t get to see my own son for over 2 1/2 years due to Kyle’s PURE NEGLIGENCE on my case as well as my fiancé’s! Will make false promises about getting things done, horrible communication, and will leave you on read and even BLOCK YOUR NUMBER WHEN YOU NEED HELP THE MOST. Because of Kyle, it has been better to go through this nightmare PRO BONO. Working with him was nothing but a headache, and firing him was the best decision we ever made. We are beyond frustrated and disgusted.
