I hired Amy Kennedy at this firm to represent me in a divorce. I had to fight to prevent her from giving away marital assets I was entitled to. She did not follow up, and each call was another $400 in fees. She made a huge mistake but wouldn’t admit it and charged me well over a thousand dollars to fix her mistake in a way that put my rights at risk. Had I not pushed back on her errors then fired her, my case would not be settled today (and it is only two months later) and I would have walked away with hundreds of thousands less than I received in the settlement negotiated by my new attorney.
