The dogs did nothing to warrent being held on cold concrete, eating plain dog food, no walks, no pets. My house dogs are being tortured and you and your staff have done very little to help.  My dogs have been jailed for 5 months.  You and your staff are the worse and l pray nothing but I'll will towardd you and you street people staff. Darryl routinely canceled appointments with me only minutes before the scheduled time, and often failed to reschedule, making it my responsibility to do so.\nIn all, I think I could have had better value elsewhere. His office staff are liabilities and do not listen.
