Daoud . My son had  a Zoom call scheduled for 8:30 AM this morning. We had tried reaching out to AJ several times, but there was no response from him or his office. My son went to his office and spoke with his secretary, she was unsuccessful with contacting AJ. as well supposedly. My son reached out to AJ by text and phone to see if he had reviewed the discovery and to discussed the case with him before court date but there was no response.\n\nIf you choose not to represent a client, it’s important to be honest and direct with them. You should tell them verbally that you have chosen not to represent them. You shouldn’t have a conference with them and then go over the issues that led to the case, and then stop communicating with them. This is poor representation on your part as an attorney, AJ. There was no reason to be disloyal to a client and give them false pretenses and hopes.
