Kay and Regan abruptly hung up on me after I informed them that my family came to the decision to no longer use their law firm. She then acerbically emphasized that they will not be waiving the fee for the services rendered; which we were fully aware of. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a firm that claims to represent clients with integrity. I would never recommend this office to anyone. All we asked for was a proper approach with the case.
