I unfortunately got a second DUI in 10 years with the added complication that i live out of state.  The potential time in jail and probation complications with being out of state were stressful.  Daniel handled it with ease, was always accessible, and managed to get my time down to mere days, with house arrest.  His knowledge of the system and the people really paid off. He negotiated a deal during pretrial with one judge, which the later sentencing judge was upset with due to the short sentence, but he went with the deal. Daniel saved me time and money, all within his upfront retainer.   And he's still available for remaining issues.
