THEY called me. There has been zero communication, I can't get anyone to call me back or tell me anything. They keep saying the caseworker or the attorney will call back, nothing. No calls or texts or emails. It's been 8 months of ZERO COMMUNICATION. I just called another law firm and they said there may not be any way to recover anything from the accident, so I assume that would be WHY. That should have been communicated, instead they kept saying \"he's giving them one more chance to settle outside of court\" for a good five months at least, instead of telling me what was going on, or actually filing the lawsuit. I'm very unhappy, I lost my car, got hurt, had to deal with months of \"why is your rent late\" and owing my parents 3k now on a loan for a Toyota. All for an accident that wasn't my fault and happened on my birthday.\nI repeat, ZERO COMMUNICATION.\nThis is extremely confusing since all the other reviews are great.
