Dan Beatty was recommended to me by a fellow lawyer. I reached out to Dan with an urgent matter and left a voicemail. Beatty did not call me back for a full week. When he did, he called when I was unable to answer the phone and left a voicemail. Please understand I am a solo practicing Attorney.   I place a priority on the clients I am presently assisting with their legal issues.  I have a limited amount of time and I need to be mindful of not over extending my schedule to the detriment of the needs of my current clients.  I receive all messages and email inquiries myself.  I do not have a staff to screen my incoming message.  This does, at times, result in a delay in responding to new inquiries, depending on my current work load and other schedule demands.  While I do try to return messages with in 48 hours, there are times I find I need to set a few hours aside at least once a week to return phone messages and emails.  Due to the nature of my practice it is difficult for me to take on urgent matters for new clients.<br>   I have not responded to reviews in the past but, I felt it was important to add some context to your comments. <br>    I do note you were calling for a friend's legal matter not your own, we did ultimately talk.
