I was denied SSD for my serious mental illness after applying which I found isnt only uncommon, but I found it to be the most complicated thing to deal with when you're already mentally disabled. I was in great need to win an appeal and on your own chances are slim. Thankfully John was Knowledgeable about everything I needed to have done, and I found him to be very responsive and especially patient.\nSomeone like myself needed somebody with great listening skills as well and he went out of his way many occasions to follow up on my case and if it were not for John I would not have made any progress at all.
