They lied in court about having a phone call with me that never occurred. They couldn’t produce evidence of this contact or specifically state who they spoke to in my family. They also edited a statement to falsify an exhibit in court to get the win along with fines and attorney fees. He talked big but when it came down to it, he never got anything done. He wouldn't ever stick up for me in court when he other party would say unfounded things as facts. He wouldn't file things on time. Trying to get anything from him was like pulling teeth. But the worst part of all: Our case was closed for inactivity. And he didn't inform me. I was paying him for an entire year to \"work\" on a case that was closed. I had paid him thousands over a 3 year period. For nothing. I fired him immediately and hired a new lawyer just to help finish up. I ended up conceding to my ex because I had no more money to fight. The new lawyer was amazing (Chris guymon) and made sure the custody agreement was fair for both.
