Unfortunately, no services were provided. Despite repeated attempts to contact the attorney and his staff, deadline to respond to opposing council was missed, and communication was almost nonexistent. When we could finally reach him, it turned out he was out of the country, but he did never let her know.  To make matters worse, the funds were never refunded.  This is abuse on the elderly. This experience has caused significant stress and anxiety.
