But I was disappointed in how my time was wasted during my brief interaction with this firm. I called regarding representation for a medical malpractice suit, sexual assault. I made it known in that intake call that I had filed suit as a pro se,  a month prior, (no attorney)  there was an active case. I had to recap  the sexual assault during this call. I was told  by the intake person that she would call me back,. two days later she called me and said that the attorneys there wouldn't be able to represent me, because I had already filed my case. The intake person knew this, and could have told me during the intake call, instead of having me wait two days for a call back.
