Having been a legal secretary for many years, I know where to look at credentials in addition to reading public reviews. I began researching NWA law firms, narrowed my preferred options down to three, and used their web forms to request information. One ignored my specific information requests and one didn't reply at all. The third, who responded first and completely answered my questions, was the obvious choice, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.\n\nWe were immediately comfortable with Matt Fryar when we met him for our initial consultation at the end of October. Matt is experienced and professional as well as friendly and very easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and easily answered all of our questions. The fee for the work we required was very reasonable, and we made the decision to have him prepare our trust at that meeting.\n\nMatt collected all of the necessary information that we could provide before we left his office and sent us on our way with a list of \"homework\" including specific bequests, confirmation of executors and decision-makers, etc., and asked us when we expected to be ready to complete the documents. Because it was close to the holidays, we chose a date in early January, but a family emergency requiring us to travel caused us to postpone completion until February.\n\nI have experience in completing and witnessing will and trust documents both as a client and as a law firm employee, and this was the best experience I have ever had!  Matt's comfortable style, friendly demeanor and humor made the session pleasant and entertaining.
