After the $2500/ fee, we did 4 continuances (during Covid), and a plea deal in absentia. I objected to the plea, which was written under false pretenses. Richard withdrew from the case because I could not come up with any more funding. I asked him to notify the court of my intent to revoke the plea which he agreed to. The court never received anything from Mr. Cross. Only one time did he ever return my call in person.
