Had a solid case and provided lots of research data and evidence. They seemed interested in pursuing at first but following up became a major challenge. Calls or messages to inquire after the status of my case often remained unanswered but they were prompt when it came to asking for payment.\nBoth Tyler Crosby and his staff seemed more focused on their personal lives than clients, at least in my case.\nTyler's presentation of the case in court was weak, resulting in losing, not once but twice.
