He never gave a status update, so we contacted him multiple times (nicely, of course) to see if there’s updates or if he’s moving forward. I even messaged him if he isn’t able to represent us, to let us know. He still didn't respond despite the the message indicating he read it. Only through the insurance company, we found out he actually isn’t representing us.
