The firm's (very) junior attorney Jillian Connery lied continually throughout the process (about subpoenas, witnesses, evidence, receipt of process) and brought a case that was easily dismissed by the hearing officer despite the respondent's not being represented by counsel. There is race to the bottom between integrity and competence for this attorney and it speaks poorly of Counterpoint Legal that it has Jillian Connery as an attorney on staff.\nPostscript: It appears that Dobbs-Connery is no longer with the firm as she no longer appears on their website. I don't know if the reason for her leaving is an ethical violation along the lines of what she perpetrated against me. I have read a number of 1-star reviews in other places.
