As for professionalism, I called several times over a two week period to try to speak with an attorney about getting help with my parents’ estate, both of whom passed within the last few months. I provided some background information to the secretary with whom I spoke and was told each time I called that one of the attorneys would call me back “soon.”  No one ever called and honestly, I felt like I was getting the runaround because my relatively simple situation wasn’t worth their time or effort as it wouldn’t be a moneymaker for them. They probably did me a favor by not returning my calls. We hired this firm for an estate probate and are extremely sorry we did. They have charged us a large amount of money and the disorganization of this firm is ridiculous. We have been passed off to five different people to handle our case. There is zero follow through, zero communication and it takes weeks of calling the office to try and get a call back from anyone. We have letters and emails that were never even replied to for follow up.
