She is intelligent and responsive and puts forth her view of the situation clearly and articulately. It is evident that she has strong mental fortitude and has formidable experience in employment law.\n\nSome points of note from my consultation with Lori\n\na) A consulting fee of $650 an hour is high, and one expects clarity of legal arguments, understanding and value addition in the interpretation of case materials in return for the cost incurred\nb) The statistics of case outcomes, relevant jurisdictions, and their judges can be accessed online without consulting a legal practice.
