Spent 6+ months and almost $2000 for Ashley Clapper to do nothing. Most of the charges accrued were for time she spent talking to her paralegal which I can only assume was about all the messages I was leaving with her desk because she is never available. When I asked for copies of everything that had been done on my case, it turned out a total of like 3 emails were sent and that was it. One of which I wrote myself and she just had to forward to the other party.  When I called again to explain my frustrations with how things were going and to fire this law firm, the assistant said “okay, I’ll let her know” and that was it. They never called, never emailed, and didn’t care to fix the issue which falls in line with how they have been the whole time.
