Going through the insurance company, they claimed we were at fault for the accident and, therefore, would not pay out any kind of settlement. I decided to retain legal assistance with Cook Law and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Further, however, I have to say that Mr. Cook instilled in me the utmost confidence that he was not \"in it for the money\". In other words, I never got the impression from him that he wanted to get the maximum payout to benefit himself. I truly believe that he had only my interests in mind when working on my case. At no time did he ever verbalize any interest in settling this claim no his benefit. Several times, he told me, he would not take more than his client would get out of the settlement.
