Kishore and his team appeared organized, experienced, and capable, and the transaction moved forward smoothly during that stage.\n\nHowever, the post-closing experience was extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward reimbursement for charges owed by the seller turned into a months-long process (October 2025 – January 2026) with little to no clear communication. Repeated follow-ups were often met with vague responses or no meaningful updates.
