Erica is very rude cutting people off when they are talking and entitled. Since Leticia has left and was in charge of my case they aren’t taking responsibility of what she was fighting for and the money they proposed. On the last day of my closing case they are telling me just now that I have to pay my own bills and don’t see the point to fight for more money. They make more than enough money to be taking it away from hard working middle class latinos. I really don’t recommend this has been an ongoing case since 2023 and it’s 2025 this is insanely ridiculous.
