Half way through my case, they dropped me as a client without reason. I found out I no longer had a lawyer through a 3rd party. They didn't even tell me themselves. When I called to question the reason and get information, I was hung up on multiple times.\nSYLVIA was the paralegal assigned to my case. She would promise me she would send me important documents that I had requested and then not ever send me them. I waited 2 weeks for the police report she said she would send and I never got it. I had to drive an hour away to get it myself when she could have just hit send. When I texted the number given by SYLVIA to send and receive info about the case, I asked important questions about my medical and appointments and was literally ghosted. I have the text thread proof of her literally ignoring important messages.\nNow after all that, they still refuse to be professional, picking up the phone and hanging it up as soon as we speak, every time we call. They refuse to give us the case number that our new lawyer needs from them and they won't act like adults for long enough for us get anything done. It is absolutely the most unprofessional I have ever heard of a LAW FIRM being. DO NOT USE COLLIER LAW FOR ANY REASON. Trust the reviewers because there is a reason for how terribly reviewed they are.
