He was successful, and I received a civil judgement in the case, It took the State of Florida over a year to bring the criminal case. Due to high level of contractor fraud in Florida. I recently heard back from the State Attorneys Office, that they are negotiating a full payment plan, to fully refund my payment. I know , had Mr Coleman not obtained a civil judgement, that I would not have received any money back, and the contractor would have continued stealing from innocent citizens.
